I'd been having difficulty maintaining temps in my Bradley over the past few smokes, even having to finish a pork shoulder in the oven. Looking for a solution, I found yardandpool.com from reading the Bradley Smoker forum. [...]. It took maybe a half hour to finish the replacement, part of which involved getting a cold beer out of the cooler and finding the right size wrench. I'm back in business again. I also browsed the other Bradley parts available and I'm thinking of replacing more parts to make my smoker look new again.

Comments about Bradley Technologies Bradley Smoker Replacement Heating Element:
Not much to say...it's an exact replacement for the original Bradley Smoker. After experiencing slow heating and inability to reach 200 degrees when the outdoor ambient temperature is below 10 degrees or so, I read the forums and found lots of people having the same problem. They came up with adding another element and adding a fan to keep the temps consistant. I am in the middle of the retro and the steps will be posted in a forum for all to see. I have found that all the retro's revolve around the genius of the Smoke Generator invented by Wade Bradley. The retro I am doing is a little different than the others and has caught the eye of the Bradley Company as they have asked for a complete report. I am actually retroing 2 Bradleys at the same time, mine and a friends.
