Does a very effective job. The QC function doesn't always clean everything so sometimes the full cycle is necessary. Got caught on the drain once, doesn't always get up angled walls that well.

I am very pleased with the performance of this product. It never gets stuck and thoroughly cleans the pool in 90 minutes. It even scrubs the ceramic tile at the water line. It runs on low voltage electricity so it saves money as I have been able to reduce the pool pump running time by 30% and the pool is clean and free from algae.

The tiger shark cleans and scrubs the pool better than any other pool cleaner i've had experience with. The only thing that would be a nice to have on this product would be a daily timer setting.

I love my new Tiger Shark! I had the Polaris 360 before and it was a real hassle changing it out with the return eye every time. We have to clean our pool every day because of mosquitoes getting in the pool overnight. The Tiger Shark cleans the pool in a matter of minutes good enough to be able to swim. I usually start it in the morning and run the quick cycle so that our children and grandchildren can swim any time they want. I haven't had any problems with hang ups even on the steps since it backs up after a few minutes. My pool was so bad when I first got it that I ran the Tiger Shark several times the first 2 days. I had to stop it and clean out the filters after about an hour each time. Now it cleans the full cycle without needing to be cleaned. The only problem I have is that it's heavy getting it out of the water but that's to be expected. Clean up is simple - just use a water hose on the filters. I put the transformer inside a plastic tub with a lock down lid so don't have to worry about it getting wet. Our pool is an above ground with a stronger vinyl liner and a deep end so we always use an inground cleaner. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new pool cleaner.
