This product was extremely easy to assemble, took about 15 minutes to put together. My main complaint is that, even with the base completely filled with water, it still seems to hop around a little bit on the pool deck. Keep in mind, we are all grown adults playing basketball, it probably wouldn't be an issue with smaller children and smaller basketballs. Good product though, if anything ever happens to this one, we will defintely order a new one from yard and pool.
